Watermelon Smoothie Recipe

Refreshing summer drink for everyone!

Ingredients :

  • 4 cups of watermelon (diced)
  • 1/2 tsp of sugar (optional, you can add this to increase its sweetness)
  • 3-4 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions :

  1. Cut the watermelon into little cubes. Add those cubes into a blender with the mint leaves. Add sugar (optional) and blend them together.

  2. Stir the mixture well and use a filter to remove the seeds. Also, make sure there are no chunks.

  3. Squeeze the lemon directly into it and sprinkle some black pepper.

  4. Cool it in the fridge for half an hour. Then pour it into a glass and add some ice cubes. Garnish with a few mint leaves. And ooh la your refreshing summery drink is ready to be served 🍹

Notes :

I added mint leaves into this smoothie. It not only adds flavor but also helps improve our digestion. When you feel sick or have a sore throat, you can try some mint tea to relieve you from the cold.
